Default Is this an hostile enviroment?

I have been at my company for about 5 years. We had a temp come in and had sex with my boss the first day. We are a small office of 4. Well they ended up in a relationship and he was having an affiar on his wife with this temp. The wife ended up finding out and he basically came to me and asked if i told. I told him no. Although i do talk to his wife i have not answered any questions that she has asked me i just plainly say i do not want to get involved. This temp is almost 20 years younger to him and she does not like our friendship at all. She will come back to my office and make sly and rude comments. he had a meeting with me and basically said that we can not be friends anymore that this is a business relationship only. Which is fine with me . I am also pregnant and have mentioned to my dr that i am very stressed here. She basically does what she can to get me in trouble with my boss. And my boss treats me like crap since he thinks i told. I gave him my dr's not that if they open laquar in the building i have to leave and he just threw it away. she gets to come and go as she pleases where everybody else gets docked. i am just so confused and so miserable i dont know what my rights are. he basicaly said that he can not fire who told his wife but he will do what he can to make them miserable. The temp which he has now bought out so she is a full time employee with no experience and makes basically the same as me after 5 years will not put phone calls to me which ends up with me getting in trouble because the contacts will call my boss and tell tehm i am not talking to them or returning their calls. What are my rights?

Default Hostile?

It sounds hostile, I would start looking for another job. In the meantime, if there are fewer than 15 employees in your company, you most likely cannot pursue a claim for hostile work environment.

A hostile work environment means that you are being subjected to either sexual harassment or illegal discrimination under Title VII.

Unless you are being treated this way BECAUSE you are pregnant, this is not a hostile work environment. I agree it sounds very unpleasant, but unpleasantness is not the criteria on which legal claims are based.
