Cool Salary question....Please Help!

I need some help here. I have been working at my job for over a year now. I was told I was going to be hourly until the probation period was over. The probation period was only 3 months. Well, I have been asking to be put on salary like everyone else in the office but keep having excuse after excuse handed to me.

One of my fellow employees told me that she does not think its legal to be hourly when 5 other woman in the office are salary and do just about the same work I do. If I am late I get docked as where nobody else does. They get the same pay check every week where I dont. Every week I make my own paycheck and I am getting really frustrated. Please help me and let me know if this is legal. I am having a hard time here and really need someone to help me out.

Thanks,
Lori
