Default Pay Raise
I was promised a raise by my company that is writing.
The raise was to start on a certain day.
The raise was not reflected in the following pay voucher.
What legal re-course do I have?

You will have to show whatever it is you have in writing to a local attorney to see whether or not it reaches the level of a contract.
