Default Military leave and pay in PA

I haved served on 2 different military deployments for a total of 1 1/2 years away from my job. Prior to deployments I recieved a health care payback check for not taking the health care. Would I still be eligiable for that money for the time I was gone?

Also, I have been home for the last 1 1/2 years. To long to do anything about it?

I don't pretend to be an expert on USERRA but I don't believe your employer had an obligation to pay you for this benefit while you're gone since they don't have to provide health insurance for you while you're on military deployment.

Also, I have been home for the last 1 1/2 years. To long to do anything about it? That'd be my guess.
