I"m in Ohio, my employer has me work a somewhat varied schedule. I am scheduled to work a third shift 12-8am and then come back in at 4-12 mid.
this is within the same day, so I am working 16 hours on this day, there is no overtime for this as I do not work over 40hrs. weekly, my work week is at 40 hours. My question....is this a violation of any labor laws? if so, could someone please indicate the section so I can print it. Thanks ! |
