Default Stealing vacation time !

I 'am currently employed by a nascar team so I'am not sure on all of the state laws. Most of the shops are closed between Christmas and New Year.Well my employer is closed those days but they take 3 or 4 vacation days from us even though they close the shop.We have NO choice in this matter they automaticly take them.It just doesn't seem wright .If we quit at they end of the year they also take half of our bonus back,or they ask for it back other wise they will see you in court .

Are you saying you are required to take vacation days when your place of business is closed between Christmas and New Year's? If so, there's nothing illegal about that. Many employers have mandatory vacation shutdowns; historically and as an example, it's been quite common in manufacturing - all employees are required to take one and sometimes two weeks of vacation for the same period each summer and the entire plant is closed.
