Question My rights in PA if terminated due to recent illness

Hi,
What are my PA legal rights if my employer (hospital) terminates me due to unexplained illness? I mean i got dizzy and fell once, and some tia like symptoms happining. Being tested now.
Meeting with HR next and want to be prepared.
All help greatly appreciated.
