Default hostile workplace

I've been employed with a huge media company for over ten years. In recent months, there has been some unfortunate circumstances that have led me to switch deparments which was fine with me. However, I am receiveng hostile treatment from the previous deparment supervisor. Every aspect of my job that I do now is criticized to my current supervisor by her. (we all still work in the same area) This has been going on for some time and I have been taking the high road and just ignoring it. However, it's come to the point that this supervisor is enlisting peers of mine and in some cases intimidating them into approaching our Director with "false" complaints about me. One of the employees being pressured approached me about this and was afraid her job was in danger if she did not do as told. Do have any legal option to protect myself from this? It's not necessarily discrimination or harrassment based on the standard relegion, race etc. But it is turning into basically a scheme of sabatoge. My director says she does not want to hear anymore about this, and basically told me to get over it. I'm afraid for my job. I am desperate for some advice or direction. I work in Texas.

What you describe does not meet the legal definition of a hostile work environment; nor do any laws appear to have been broken.

Your options are to find a way to work with this woman or to find another job.
