I have worked for a company for 2 years now, and they have been having problems, not sure what, they wont tell us, and friday the 23rd they closed us up and took inventory and told us we would reopen on the first, which was sat.....and we was going to get our 2 paychecks we are owed....well, sat came and no paychecks and store did not open. I did recieve a call from them and i was told they were going to court on monday oct 3rd and the earliest we would open would be wed, oct 5th. I still am not back to work, and i want to know who i can contact to try and get our 2 weeks pay that is owed to us, they own about 30 stores.
please can someone point me in the right direction?? |
