Angry Employer Out For For Revenge! Please Help!

MY FORMER EMPLOYER IS OUT TO GET ME ANY WAY THEY CAN AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN. I WAS FIRED ON JULY 8 AS I WAS NO LONGER NEEDED SINCE THEY HAD SOMEONE ELSE TO MY JOB AT NO COST TO THEM. I WAS THE OFFICE/FINANCE MANAGER FOR A SMALL COMPANY WHO HAD THE MOTHER OF ONE OF THE PARTNERS COME IN AND LEARN HOW TO DO THE JOB FROM ME!!!!
WELL, I FILED FOR UNEMPLOYMENT, NOT KNOWING THEY DID NOT HAVE AN EMPLOYER ID AND WERE NOT PAYING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE!!!
THIS BROUGHT ON THE FIRST HURDLE, THEY SAID I QUIT! WELL THE ADJUDICATOR FOUND IN MY FAVOR 6 WEEKS LATER AND I WAS FINALLY AWARDED BENEFITS. ALL THIS TIME I HAVE BEEN LOOKING LIKE CRAZY TRYING VERY HARD TO FIND A JOB.
WELL ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I GOT NOTICE THAT I HAD BEEN AWARDED BENEFITS, THE LAST PAYCHECK I WAS GIVEN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1000 WAS RETURNED TO MY BANK AS FORGERY!!!! NO CRIMINAL CHARGES, NOTHING. JUST A RETURNED CHECK 2 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER AND THEY HAVE YANKED THIS MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!
THE ESC SAYS THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE LABOR BOARD BUT GOD KNOWS I AM AFRAID OF WHAT THEY WILL TRY TO DO ME NEXT. IT IS LIKE I WORKED FOR THE MAFIA!
OH, AND BY THE WAY, I HAVE ALSO FOUND OUT WHY I CAN'T FIND A JOB, THEY ARE GIVING ME BAD REFERENCES.......ALL FROM PEOPLE I TRUSTED AND LEFT A JOB OF 3 YEARS FOR!!!!!!!
PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO LET ME KNOW!!!!

Please turn off the caps lock. It makes your post very difficult to read.

If you are owed wages, then contact your State's Department of Labor and file a complaint. That's what they're there for.
