Question Texas

Hello, My question is this ...I was contacted by a travel recruiter on Sept 1,2005 to travel to texas from my home state of arkansas to help in Texas at facilities in Houston . I am a nurse, I signed the contract and this went into effect on September 4th, 2005 and ended october 3rd 2005. I took a leave of absence from my full time job and waited. Finally on September ninth I was told to get ready to go with the promise of travel money (in my contract) upon arrival , I have yet to recieve payment for any work done , what are my options?
