In a continuance of my last thread, I worked for a mortgage company in Cincinnati, Ohio for a big whopping 2 weeks approximately. In my last thread, I stated that he never payed my final paycheck. I worked a total of 41.5 hrs. and was payed maybe 22 hrs. That same day, he did pay, unfortuantely it was $200 short. The check that was given to me was a personal check, no taxes or any type of statement showing taxes withheld was given to me.. Is there anything that I can do to retrieve the rest of the money?

Contact your State's Department of Labor and file a complaint for your unpaid wages. You may also wish to tell them that of the wages you were paid, no taxes were withheld and no social security contribution was made.
