One day after accepting and working 8 hours, I accepted a higher paying job.
Two weeks after quitting, I was asked to come in and fill out paperwork. I was given a form to sign, stating that if I quit without 2 weeks notice, my pay would revert to minimum wage. As I was never given a handbook or any paperwork prior to my quitting, is it legal to reduce my wages. |
