We are classified as commission route sales, and we have meetings after already working a full day, these are info meetings, The dot considers these meetings as on duty time, my question is should the company be paying us for mandatory meetings sense we are commission route sale drivers and it interfers with are ability to go and add new business?
Thanks We live in Michigan! Last edited by routeman; 09-11-2005 at 06:43 AM. |
