Default Ending support in Iowa

Can anybody help me.
If from Iowa and need to find out how to stop support payments.
Daughter is 18, not in school, working full time. I went to court house and they said it would be 6 months before they could give me a court date.
I cant afford a lawyer and can barely make the bills now.
I have a 9 month old son and Fiancee I care for live with(she cant work) and I dont know what to do.
Also what happens to the money they are still giving to mother, do I get that back? And how?
Thanks

File a motion to terminate support payments based on the child reaching the age of majority, not being in school and being employed.
