I signed a commercial lease under my LLC for three years (6/15/05 to 6/14/08). Due to bad business situation, I sold all store assets to the new owner and sub-lease the space to him for half year(11/10/05 to 5/31/06).
Now, I would like to closed down my LLC and break the lease? Is my LLC liable for the remaining rent after i closed the LLC down with the state? Thank you. |
