My boss in New Hampshire has decided to terminate me. Fine. What i dont understand, is can he give me a bad review? there is nothing on my personell file stating i ever did anything wrong and i have 4 other managers that would give me a good review. Hes stating that i am "disruptive". wouldnt that require some sort or repremandation? im not sure this is legal
any help? |

Yes, this is legal. He is entitled to his opinion even if it differs from those of other managers. The law does not require that you receive a reprimand first.
