Talking Quick Question

I am trying to find something in writting about Employers accomidating their Employee's who have visitation with children who live out of state. I currently have a child who lives with his mother in a different state and I have visitation 6 weeks in the summer. I am required to work 7 days a week for 10 each day. However our normal work week is M-TH at 10 each day. I was informed that my companie could help me get time off with out taking vacation days to be with my son since I do not see him alot. Now that person is going back on their word. Therefor, I have been looking everywere for something about his rule or law in writting.

Default Child Visitation

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any law that can assist you.
