We recently purchased a home in Nebraska at a forclosure auction. The current occupants, whom were renting this property, are upset and do not want to move. The previous owner did not inform them of the situation. We get posession of the home the first part of July. When and how can we evict the current occupents if they do not do so on their own. How long does this process usually take? Thank you for your help.

Send them notice to vacate, usually 14-30 days based on your state's law, then if they are not out, file to evict them or sometimes a forciible detainer is filed. Ge a judgment, have it excecuted and them kick out.
