Yes i was wanting to know if an employer can hold last paycheck because they say that 2 uniform pants were not returned. I made sure that i counted each uniform before returning so i did not have this problem because they tend to do it to every one that quites. I called them up to let them know i was picking up my check and thats when they told me about 2 pants missing and they would not release my check untill i gave them my pants. Can they do that and if not what should i do if they wont?
thanks |

No, they can't, and you can complain to the state DOL.
