[font=Times New Roman] After serving a 3-day notice, can the landlord refuse to make repairs? I'm still here, I haven't been evicted.

In some states, you can take the landlord to court for wrongful eviction since you were given a notice and it was based on comments you said being taken out of context and you had requested repairs that were not being made.
