I work in TX as a W2 contractor. (I believe that give me officially an hourly employee status.) That being the case, am I eligible for breaks?
I recognize this is similar to a previous post, however, I'm wondering if my circumstances may be different. Thanks. |

The state of Texas does not require breaks of any kind, regardless of whether you are an employee or a contractor. It's entirely up to the employer.
