Default Transfer Property

My wife and I own two pieces of property in California. We are divorce. She lives in a foreign country. I pay the taxes. I would like to give up one piece to her but we never meet and so a Quit Deed Claim is a problem, or is it? Is it possible to have her share transferred to our daughter here in California, and then my daughter and I can Ouit Deed Claim.

There is international mail thru the postal service or a company like Fedex, so you can get documents to her in another country if you wanted to. If she is in a major area, she could go to the American embassy to have documents witnessed and notarized. You can also pursue the route you propose, but I do not think it is impossible for the two of you to complete the transaction yourselves.
