Default Wages

Your annualized salary comes out to be about $37.49, below the amount needed for you to be considered as an exempt employee under the computer software exemption. However, you may fit in another of the exemption classifications. Take a look at the website attached to this link for more information on exemption: http://www.dol.gov/elaws/esa/flsa/screen75.asp

Default Calculation

An average year has 2080 working hours. An average month has 173.34 working hours (4.33 weeks). Let me know if you have any other questions.
