I'm having difficulty collecting expenses from my employer. The problem is that I failed to file the expenses within the company's 30-day time limit.
From what I've been able to determine, expense reimbursements are covered under the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Compensation Law (WPCL), but I'm not sure about the time limit. Does anyone know if such a limit is legal, or do they have to reimburse expenses regardless of when I file them? Thanks, John |

I couldn't find any mention of mandatory expense reimbursements within the PA regulations. http://www.dli.state.pa.us/landi/lib...ns/llc/r-4.pdf You may wish to verify that with the state.
If the state won't help you, you may be able to try small claims court to get the money. |
