just looking for some input, today I was fired from my job and I'm 6 and a half months pregnant. 2 weeks ago my manager told me I'm probably too moody and emotional and should go on maternity leave. He fired me today because of a letter my fiance's ex girlfriend sent about me. I told him she didn't like me. but he didn't seem to care. I am a waitress at a corporate restaurant in upstate ny. what should i do?

If you were terminated because of your pregnancy, that is illegal discrimination. You can read more about discrimination on the basis of pregnancy by reading the following website: eeoc.gov.
