The owner of the vacant lot behind us wants to use the ingress/egress that runs through the middle of our property instead of the deeded right of way that borders our proterty to access his land. Can this be done? |

If you want to let them use the ingress/egress, you can. But I would be careful because if they use it long enough, they could claim that it becomes permanently used and a right via adverse posession or an easement by prescription. So it may be wise to make them use the access that they have already.
