Mississippi. Thanks for advice. What is a Warranty Deed-Survivorship, and how does it work? Is there a way to put in both of our names, now?

I have never heard of a warranty deed-survivorship. I think what you are asking is if a warranty deed is in spouses' names, is there the right of survivorship. Well, it can be written into the warranty deed that the ownership is as xx and yyy, as husband and wife with rights of survivorship, meaning if one dies the other will automatically own the whole, which is jointly owned now.
