Question Need Some Advice Please

Mississippi. I'm the wife of wadmorg, Question? We've been togeather for 18 years, been married for 8 mo. the house and land are in my name.What is the best way for me to make sure he gets house and land if something was to happen,Besides, it is his to,just happens to be in my name.What's the best way?

If you have the property in your name before marriage, it is technically your separate property. It is not really his just because you married. If you wish to leave it to him in the event something happens to you, get a will made out and include that in the will.
