Default Georgia

I don't see any changes made in the state of Georgia for agricultural employees. It appears that Georgia still follows federal laws for agricultural employees. They are exempt from overtime. You can learn more about federal laws regarding agricultural employees wages at the US Department of Labor website. It may be found at: http://www.dol.gov/esa/regs/compliance/whd/whdfs12.htm
