I'm in california
I recently had a workerscom settlement and I was told that I was going to get paymetns every 2 weeks until the whole amount was paid. Is there anythig I can do to received the whole amount at once instead of paymetns??? My attorney won't do anything for me I need some advice. |

They can be paid in the form of a lump sum once your case is settled and the payments are part of the negotiations.
