DOES AN EMPLOYEE GET TIME AND A HALF FOR WORKING ON FEDERAL HOLIDay?

Overtime pay is mandatory for hours WORKED over 40 in a work week, so if working that day puts you over 40 hours of worked hours, not just clocked or paid, then those hours are payable at overtime.
