Can I get Pay while on maternity leave?
Hi,
I am going on maternity Leave starting in mid August and will be returning Oct 1st. Will I get pay for those weeks? If so can someone please help me and give me some advise on Maternity Laws in New Jersey.

Do your know what your companies policy is on maternity leaves? Does your company have a short term disability policy?
You can also file for the state disabity program. You should check with your HR person (if there's one) at your worksite and find out now what benefits you would be entitled to while out on leave.
