if my employer changes my job description, location of job or makes me start working weekends, and i resign am i eligible for unemployment? i am a salried exempt employee.

For the first situation, it depends on the nature of the new job in comparison to the former. The same is true with location of the job. That depends on the distance between the location of the job, both old and new.
