I live in Kansas, and I think I saw someiething in a law aboot having to provide the names of all peopel responsible for managing the apartment, but I want to know if it is legal for my landlord to bring her children into my apartment.
Also I want to know what could be done in response to it if it is illegal. Thank you. |

Does the lease say anything about it? She probably can't bring the kids into the apartment... but I don't think that looking at it as a legal issue is necessarily the way to go. Just tell her you don't like it and ask her to knock it off. If she keeps doing it then send a letter to same effect. If she keeps doing it, then, and only then, would I consider drastic measures like changing the locks . |

That does not sound illegal, but maybe you do not like it. Maybe you can ask the landlord not to bring children during the inspection.
