Default emancipate

if you want to move and your parents say no. one way to do it is to get emancipated, this means that they are no longer responsible for you. therefore you can move out even if they say no.

enforce, your answer is totally incorrect.

First of all, this question does NOT belong on these boards, which are for labor and employment law questions ONLY. This question should have been put on the family law forum elsewhere on this site.

Secondly, what makes you think a judge is going to emancipate the poster just because she wants it?
