Default Left on the side of the road

My husband and I live in Tucson, Az. He has worked at the same company for 12 years. Just this past week he was fired from his job for as they put it being an entrepreneur. The owner called him on his phone and told him that he had a problem with his AC and could he come and help him. Please note this man's house is on the out skirts of town. He arrived and was told he was fire and to get what he could carry and wait on the side of the road for someone to pick him up. He was also told "Good luck tring to find another job in this town!". I then found out that the company got all of my husbands phone records and proceeded to call people asking them questions about him. They also faxed copies of his picture and a note stating not to sell to him to all of the warehouses in Tucson. To me this seems like slander, please help!

Is this about your husband using company materials, truck and/or time to do jobs on the side? Is that why he is being fired? I am unclear on the details.

Sounds like you need an attorney to find out what he can do to stop the destruction of his name in town.

Best wishes.
