my son - is a Assistant Manager for a fast food restaurant he works 50 plus hours a week with no overtime pay or time off. He is paid a salary. Yes he can hire and fire. With the general managers ok. My question is since the new law has taken effect he has to put in more hours with no more pay. Last week he had to work 60 hr. Or is this a case of find a new job.

Unfortunately, he is being paid legally. He may want to find a better job.
