Default Local Governement Exemption
Could someone please advise the article, statue number, and section of the
North Carolina Wage and Labor Laws, where is states Local Governments
such as State, County, and City, are exempt from the 40 hour work week
status, due to the 24 hours a day,7 days a week, 12 months a years work
status in the Law Enforcement and Law Enforcement Communications field.
