Default Docking hours worked
My Wife Works For A Golf Resort In Nth. Va. The Hr Director Told Her That If The Employees Forget To Fill Out Their Time Correctly On Any Giving Day Or Shift She Was Going To Hold Back The Entire Weeks Pay Check... Can She Do This!

Likely not. If there is a problem and it is not corrected, file a wage claim with state department of labor.
