Unhappy arizona, how long after quiting to i wait for $$$$

On july 12 2005, I quit my job on the spot, due to continuous verbal and racial abuse from my direct supervisor, even when I made his boss aware, he didnt do anything to solve the problem he just said to hang in there. Finally today he said I was to blame for a damage on a piece of material , saying"all you mexicans are the same" and constantly cursing at me, when his boss came out all he said to me was "are you sure you want to quit" i said I couldent take this anymore and he said he knew the problems I had with my direct supervisor and that management had told him to watch the way he talks to employees, I was not the only one that underwent this treatment, Although I dont believe anybody ever said anything to him, they knew the way he treated employees and he is still there. Please tell me how long legally do they have to get me a paycheck?? and does the following qualify for any type of claim so that something is actually done to him???

Since you quit, your final paycheck is due on the next regular payday after your last day of work.

Cursing at employees is not illegal, and a single racial remark is not sufficient for a discrimination claim. You cannot force the employer to "do anything to him". Their only legal obligation is to make any illegal discrimination or harassment stop. How they do it is up to them.

Default Racial abuse??

In regards to the last paycheck they have to either let you pick it up on or the day after checks are normally issued.

In regard to the harrassment and racial slurrs that you are speaking of, If anybody else in the company is willing to step up and admit these allegations are true then you would have a case against the company otherwise you might come off as angry ex-employee looking for revenge. YES stereotyping by an employer is not a legal practice. If anyone had ever said to you that they would not rent you a house because your Mexican would you have pursued it through the state and federal laws? If so I would definetely think along the same lines here.
