Call a business that may be holding it or the Kentucky Department of Treasury, and ask if we are holding property for you, or conduct your own search on our Unclaimed Property Main Page.

Please contact me again if there are any problems.
Best regards,
Lucy

Default Lost and.... lost

I left my cell phone in a grocery store. I realized what happend when I got home and called the store. They said they had it, and told me I can pick it up the next day. The next day when I got to the store they could not find it. Its been three days, and they still can not find it.

Are they liable for my cell phone?

thanks

I suggest contacting the KY Atty General to see which state agency processes lost property claims, usually it is the AG.
