Default Is there anything I can do to make my future there more secure in New York State?

The mobile home park in which I live and own a manufactured home has been sold. Is there anything I can do to make my future there more secure in New York State?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA), through its Manufactured Home Cooperative Fund Program (MHCFP) may be able to help. MHCFP is a revolving loan program, which provides the financial and technical resources to encourage and facilitate cooperative ownership of manufactured home parks, also referred to as mobile home parks. MHCFP assists manufactured home park residents form cooperatives, purchase the land underlying their homes, and make infrastructure improvements.
