Question Strong Arm witholdings from paycheck

I worked in a strictly commission position and was required to sign an agreement to have 10% of my pay be deducted from my check each week to cover potential chargebacks from customers who used a credit card to buy our product even though our invoices clearly showed that we had fullfilled on the deal and that the services were non-refundable due to their nature. I had heard that the company was only allowed to do this if they reimbursed me 90 days from the deduction date if the customer never charged back on his order through the card company and won the dispute. What are the laws does anybody know?? I also had to sign a second agreement to give up 1% of my total sales revenue to help the company pay for its customer service employees, which actually when the deduction is made equals an additional 5% withholding from my commisssions bringing it to a total of 15% of my actuall commissions being taken back by the employer. At the point I left this Job the deductions totalled around $9,000 withheld from my paychecks. Picd92 in Arizona
