Default Taken out of the country on vacation without me knowing.

From Pa...My ex has physical custody of my sons, but we share joint. His parents took them out of the country without me knowing for a vacation. It was there Spring Break and they were to come with me, but instead lied to me and went. Do I have rights about my children being taken out of the country without my permission?

As a courtesy and for safety reasons, you should always know where your kids are and the other parent should tell you that. You need to consult the custody order and the custody guidelines for your state to see if this is a violation. If it is, you may want to bring it to the attention of the court for them to admonish ythe other parent that you are to know of their whereabouts for vacations and are to be consulted if travel is planned anywhere, domestic or foreign.
