Is a seller required to disclose information about the surrounding area, or just the property itself?
I recently bought a property and have since discovered that the land across the street from the subdivision is slated to be used for a trash transfer station. The builder did not disclose this. Should they have? And do I have to disclose it when I sell the property? |

Well not the seller's responsibility since at this point this is not definite or toherwise impacting the property, but maybe the realtor should have said something since these are things that impact desirability. I do not see anything you could sue for, but if the realtor knew, then maybe the realtor should ahve said something as this impacts quality of life, maybe health and potential appreciation and resale factors.
