Default I want my son back!! MS

Help!! I divorced in 98 and was persuaded by friend, family, and my ex to give my ex-husband full custody of my 2 year old son. He is 9 now. My ex seems to be getting more and more difficult and it is like he is trying to push me out of my child's life. I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 6 years now and have held a steady job for almost 5 years. My ex has remarried going on twice now and his mother is actully raising my son. I want to get joint custody of my child and him live with me now. I want to know if I will get custody of him if I take him to court again. I love my son and should have never gave him up!!!! HELP< HELP<HELP

You have changed circumstances being marred now in a stable family situation. Your ex is on marriage two with his mother providing primary care for the child. You will need to file a petition for modification of custody so that you get primary physical custody of the child and the father visitation. You can do that alone, but it is recommended that you hire an attorney to handle this. You can ask the father to voluntarily give the son back to your primary care, but even if he does, I recommend going to court and getting the primary custody order.
