Post Help me Custody info needed
My x lives with her parints and the house thay live in is in real bad shape. some of the rooms do not have any electriciaty to them so thay have extintion cords going from the dinning room to the master bed room where thay sleep. 2nd batheroom also does not have any electriaty the cords are on the floor the room they stay in is full has the crib and lots of dressers and the door to the room will not open all the way there is not enugh room to move in the room. the other bathroom has a drop light for light and you can see the attic from the door. If you have health and safety concerns, you need to express them and request they are fixed by a certain time, or request that you take over custody of the child until they are fixed. You could call DCS, but if you are not prepared to take custody, that could result in the child being placed in foster care. So be careful.
