My daughters father has not seen her since Christmas. His visitations are currently supervised since he was arrested for selling drugs. Now he has not come to see her since Christmas. I am wondering if I can ask the court to suspend his visitations altogether. He also does not call her or pay his childsupport. |

Yes, you can ask the court to do this. However, that does not mean the court will comply with your request.

You can seek a modification of the custody and visitation arrangements, but the court may not grant it. Typically, there must be a fundamental change in a parent's situation or changed circumstances from before to warrant modification. While the father is behind in child support and not around, I am not sure that sounds different from before given how these kinds of situations typically work. It is up to you. You can always seek modification, but I am not sure there is enough here for it to be granted-- but you never know.
