    Default What actions are considered as abuse in a nursing home New York

    I am the only living relative of my uncle who lives in a nursing home. The last time I visited him, something was not right. I suspect that he is being abused and neglected. I would like to know what actions are considered as abuse in a nursing home.

    That is way too general of a question. If you are not a legal guardian of your uncle, you wouldn't have standing to pursue legal recourse though could report what you see to the administration of the facility. What "isn't right"?
